Brentwood

A suburban oasis full of rolling hills and beautiful parks

This affluent suburb is full of celebrities and rolling hills. There’s no shortage of greenery and beautiful public spaces, and the whole community has a peaceful atmosphere. Brentwood is a life of luxury intertwined with affluent suburbia.

Brentwood was a small village surrounded by farms until the middle of the 20th Century. It was the home to clubs and casinos during the Great Depression, after which it became a more affluent neighborhood. Since it was incorporated in 1969, it has grown into a wealthy, suburban paradise.

The homes here are incomparable. As one of the wealthiest cities in the country, the stately residences live up to the city’s reputation by being spacious and jaw-dropping. Though these expansive homes are the jewels in Brentwood’s crown, there are cozier single-family homes as well as lofts and condos that are well worth your time.

Local Lifestyle

Brentwood has the calm, relaxed vibe that you’d expect of such an affluent neighborhood. It’s filled with friendly neighbors and gorgeous spaces, but for those seeking more excitement, Brentwood is also amazing because of how close it is to the heart of Nashville. You can be at any of the hip restaurants or music venues with only a short drive. However, residents don’t have to go to other neighborhoods for their dining and shopping, as Brentwood offers many incredible commercial spaces and amenities close to home.

Brentwood has some of the finest boutiques and restaurants within its borders. Along Maryland Way, there’s a collection of restaurants, hotels, and shops that feel like the closest the neighborhood has to an official downtown area.
