Wendy is a native of Nashville and grew up in the Joelton/Berry Hill area. Wendy never meets a stranger, so real estate is a natural extension of her innate ability to connect with people. She thrives on networking and putting buyers and sellers together. This is evident in her vast contacts with potential buyers as well as vendors that help throughout the sales transaction. Wendy began her real estate career in 2015 and continues to grow her business by expanding her knowledge of different marketplaces from north Nashville all the way to Franklin and beyond.

You won’t ever hear a client complain about lack of communication nor a lack of understanding when working with Wendy. Part of her success is the time she takes to explore and learn each of her client’s individual vision whether first time home buyers, families looking to relocate, the luxury marketplace or investors. When Wendy is not working, she enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and spending time with her beautiful children.
